Michael A Levine (@MLMusic) wrote the main theme for Resident Evil VII: Biohazard . We think you’ll recognize the melody and (some of) the words to “Go Tell Aunt Rhody .” That song has a lengthy history in several countries, including Japan, where it’s called “Musunde,” as you’ll hear from Michael.  Michael didn’t score the rest of Resident Evil Biohazard; he wrote and arranged the theme song. Either way, you’ve definitely heard Michael’s music before, either in ads like Kit Kat , or the TV show Cold Case, or the choir version of “Spider Pig ” from The Simpsons Movie.

AND, Michael composed two concertos for strings – one featuring musical saw, and the other featuring pedal steel guitar. I wasn’t gonna pass up an opportunity to talk about those pieces, and you’ll get to hear some of both.
